Staff Level Jeniel Z. Pascual – Senior Engineer Performance  Co-Proponent and Implementer of Project Legacy Retire – a South Pampanga project aimed at retiring legacy equipment such as Nortel and Siemens Surpass Hit and eliminating slips on 2G services under EB1104. All 41 2G E1 circuits migrated via ZTE and changed RBLT.  Spearheaded and Implemented Project Quick Wins – a South Pampanga Project which promotes immediate service improvement via expansion of congested 3G services by in-house transfer of de-loaded MWR equipment. All 4 targeted IuB-congested sites resolved; BW = 100 Mbps.  Planned, spearheaded, and implemented Project DIP SLIPS - a project that targeted the elimination of Digital Path alarms on 2G services under BSC 1102 with the goal of improving quality prior to ASEAN Summit. All 21 sites (47 2G E1 circuits) successfully cutover and changed RBLT.  XPIC/MLTN Case Study – a case study and a step-by-step isolation of a Minilink outage which led to the discovery of mutual radio link IDs causing protection failure on 2+0/3+0/4+0 configurations. Pilot simulation successful; Radio link ID change implemented by Ericsson across NL.  Case Study | DU Temperature Investigation : A Proactive Approach – a study pivoted on finding the root causes of outages caused by high DU temperature on 3G and 4G services. The study showed successful results on initial samples after correction of hub configurations.  Alarms Busters – consolidates, monitors, and reports alarms clearing performance for both Ericsson and Nokia equipment across North Luzon. Standardized the way alarms clearing performance should be measured and reported.  AXES Newsletter – a innovative way of bettering WATO Access Proficiency through knowledge-sharing. Highlighted outage resolution and service improvement while providing a good read. Leadership  Access SPOC for Area 3 – as lead in the field of Access, he helped in the postpreventive measures of the following A3 issues: o Tarlac BSC 1101 - performed NWIE access simulation at Tarlac including health-check o Tarlac BSC 1101 - affected by electrical surge. Restored after reset of TLI board. SFEM performed grounding test on site. o Zambales BRO - Faulty GIG-E Switch.
