LABAN Technique: Rudolf Von Laban was a born Austro-Hungarian theorist, dance artist and choreographer. His work looked at the way the human body moves.
He found his passion through his studie3s of architecture while studying at Ecoles des Beaux Arts. He studies the moving body. He began his study in dance and it expanded into different branches of research. LMA (Laban Movement Analysis) is a method and language for visualising, describing, documenting and interpreting all the varieties of human movement. There are four different categories for LABAN movement:
