Procedure:

First, boil the banana peel until it cooked.



Then get the banana peel, cool it down and slice it into small pieces.



Also slice the onion and garlic cloves into small pieces.



Mix it together with flour, salt, black pepper, vinegar and eggs.



Get a right amount and shape it in the bread crumbs.



Fry until it cooked and set aside while cooking a mushroom gravy.



For mushroom gravy, melt the butter in the pan.



Add the drained mushroom, salt, black pepper and milk.



Mix it then add broth cubes.



Mix until the thickness of the gravy is right then add it on the banana peel burger.
