M – I will meet and talk with my manager/coworkers to discuss what I have learned and ask them more questions A – I will be achieve this goal by being attentive in training sessions and by doing my own research R – This goal is relevant for me because Community Trust is a B lender, so understanding how a B Lender functions is key, additionally, this is a field I would like to go into so increasing my knowledge about this is very important. T - My goal is to know as much as I can about B lenders before my coop term is over in May 2021 LO 2b: Analyze and evaluate financial and management accounting information that is relevant for business decision-making. S – To be able to complete all daily financial reporting tasks, and understand all aspects of each component of the daily ALCO reporting - (Liquidity Calculation and Pricing Package) M – I will complete all the daily reporting myself and then ask my superiors if I have done anything wrong and if there is anything needed to be fixed. A – I will be complete this goal by taking comprehensive notes on the spreadsheets/data I will be working on and by also asking a lot of questions R – This goal is relevant for me because as a Finance major it will give me hands on experience with excel/macros, which will be valuable for me in the future T - I will aim to have mastered all the various spreadsheets I work with by the end of my coop term LO 6a: Contribute, collaborate and work effectively with team members to accomplish goals. S – I want to effectively work with my team members so all required documents are distributed everyday on time. M – I want to be a good team member and be nice to everyone, I will see how I have done when my manager performs an evaluation on me

A – I will complete this goal by waking up early every day and getting started on my work on time and finishing it before deadlines. R – This goal is relevant for me because as a Finance major It will improve my work ethic and help improve my interpersonal skills which are very important. T - I want to have a improved work ethic and interpersonal skills by the end of my coop term...
