2. Demonstrate proper hand hygiene within an hour of admission ,WBC within normal limits prior to discharge 3. Achieve respiration rate within normal limits before discharge 4. Decrease pulse to below 100bpm before discharge. 5. Establishing proper coping skills to deal with anxiety before discharge, reduce anxiety level to less than one prior to discharge 6. Decrease BP to within normal range before discharge 7. Within one hour contact an interpreter to facilitate communication for better patient care and education 8.Provide easy to understand goals 9. Reduce anxiety level to less than one prior to discharge 10. Client will maintain fluid volume at a functional level as evidenced by stable vital signs, good skin turgor, good capillary refill, moist mucous membranes, and adequate urinary output with normal specific gravity.
