SMART Goal 10/2021:

Action Items: I want to pass my exit exam on 1. I will prepare by utilizing the dynamic question bank on the first try ATI for practice 2. I will break up the quiz bank by doing 200 questions at a time and taking notes on what I get wrong or don’t understand. 3. By October 25th, I will be ready, pass my exit exam, and graduate nursing school. Short Term Goal 2 I will pass the NCLEX on the first try

SMART Goal (December 2021). Action Items: 1. I will begin by prepping for the exam with NCLEX resources such as UWorld, Mark Klimek, and Saunders NCLEX review. 2. I will study for 2 hours at a time with 30min breaks in between. 3. I will take the exam in 4-6 weeks after I pass the exit exam. SMART Goal (January 2022): Action Items: 1. I will initiate connections with career services to make sure I am able to get a job in the Emergency Room 2. I will follow up with recruiters in a timely manner 3. I know I will have achieved my goal when University of Miami Hospital Emergency Room hires me in December 2021. SMART Goal 12/2022

Action Items: I wish to become a travel nurse 1. I will dedicate 1 year to an ER or Med-Surg unit. 2. I will apply for a travel assignment with a reputable agency through the recommendations of the WCU career services team. 3. I will achieve my goal when a travel agency hires me and I am sent to a new place other than home. Long Term Goal 2 May 2021
