According to Kaplan and Norton the four perspective of the balanced scorecard are the following:  Financial – basically it focuses on the measures of a profit-oriented organization that will probably deal with the economy, specifically the sustainable growth, profitability and shareholders value and also in non-profit organization. One of its objectives is to achieve higher return of investment.  Customer- it deals with the market, increase revenue through repeat purchases, grows business, build customer recognition, etc. In this perspective, its satisfy the customers’ needs that makes the organization realize mission and sustainable platform.  Internal Processes- talks about business processes that will deliver value proposition to their customers. The challenge of competition among products occurs in this perspective.  Learning and Growth- deals about workforce staff productivity and internal information, or in general the organizational culture that is essential for the foundation of organizational success. 2.
