LIBERTY UNIVERSITY MATH ASSESSMENT QUIZ INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW
Quiz: Liberty University Math Assessment assesses where students need to be placed for their future math course. Examples and exercises are provided in Module 8, along with answer keys. The assessment has 2 parts. Part 1 contains 30 multiple-choice problems and has a time limit of 2 hours. If the student’s score is above 22, they will be prompted to take Part 2, which contains 20 multiple-choice problems and has a time limit of 1 hour and 30 minutes. INSTRUCTIONS
You will complete Part one of the Liberty Math assessment found in module 8. Once completed you will only be allowed to take the second part of the assessment if you score 23 or higher. If you do not score enough to take the second part of the assessment, you should register to take Math 100 next. If you are allowed to take the second part and obtain a score of 15 or higher you can take the math class required for your major. However if you obtain 0-14 points on the second part of the assessment you must take math 110 or math 114 (depending on your major). The assessments will be automatically graded and scores for each part will go into the gradebook. The scores themselves will not affect your grade for CLST 103. You will receive 100 points once the professor identifies you have in fact taken the assessment. Regardless of the score/scores you obtain, you will receive 100 points for taking this Assessment....
