towing is always at the owner's expense: If the decal is not properly displayed, the vehicle is subject to towing. The decal is only valid until the stated expiration date. The decal does not apply to the following spaces: Spaces marked by a number, which are reserved at all times Spaces requiring a specific decal Spaces marked for a specific purpose Vehicles must display a valid, state-issued disabled parking placard to park in spaces reserved for persons with disabilities. Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces (i.e., between two lines or space markers) or they will be subject to towing. Vehicles parked in such a way as to cause a vehicular or pedestrian hazard will be towed. Your permanent parking decal will arrive in the mail. Once received, adhere it to the bottom driver's side corner of your vehicle's rear window. Should your temporary pass expire before receiving your decal, please contact the Liberty University Police Department (LUPD) or visit our office in Green Hall, Room T725, during normal business hours 7:30 a m 4:30 p m
