Mary kay founded in 1963 is an American privately-owned multilevel marketing company, which sells its cosmetics in more than 35 countries. What companies like Mary kay could do to make to make their HR better is to hire workers from the specific country instead of hiring foreigners as they know better about their own country. They should update their staffing policy and should analyze which staffing policy is suitable for which country according to country’s condition. There is a possibility that ethnocentric approach is better for one and geocentric approach is better for one. They can also hire expatriate managers to help them in solving their issues, and at last is performance appraisal and compensation although Mary kay performance appraisal are one of the best as they give Mary kay Pink Cadillac, but still they can do better by appraisal to their workers too....
