MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Memorandum of Agreement executed by and between: The BAROBO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, a public secondary institution, with the office address of Barobo, Surigao del Sur, represented herein by its School Head, MARCELA G. MARTICION-ORTEGA, herein after referred to as “DONEE”. - and The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT in the Municipality of Barobo, an association with the address at Barobo, Surigao del Sur, represented herein by its Municipal Mayor, HON. JOEY S. PAMA, herein referred to as “STAKEHOLDERS”. WITNESSETH: That, WHEREAS, with the 2020 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela, Amending Thereby DepEd Memorandum No. 032, s. 2020 titled 2020 Brigada Eskwela Program Implementing Guidelines, and DepEd Memorandum No. 014, s. 2020 titled 2020 Oplan Balik Eskwela, the DONEE acknowledges the need for partners in the opening of classes and Brigada Eskwela 2020 and the whole-year round; WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS shall support the school by providing an administrative aide and a watchman to ensure the safety of the school and to help assist the administration in any work-related activities needed; WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS will voluntarily provide the funds of the administrative aide and the watchman to address the need of the school and keep the school safe at all times; WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS shall be at all times responsive to the call of assistance in other civic matters needed by the DONEE;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises and mutual covenants, agreements and stipulations hereinafter set forth, the parties hereby agree jointly to be partners in the 2020 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela; I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES 1. The DONEE shall: 1.1 Coordinate with the STAKEHOLDERS of the specification of the funds, other resources and the school’s needs prior to its acquisition so that the need of the school shall be complied; 1.2

Oversees the management of the support given by the STAKEHOLDERS and other resources and ensure that the same are treated well and accommodated accordingly.

2. The STAKEHOLDERS shall: 2.1 Coordinate with the DONEE on the support of the funds and other resources that the school needs; 2.2 Provide an administrative aide from January 2020 to December 2020 to assist administrative works; 2.3 Provide a watchman from January 2020 to December 2020 to assure the safety of the school premises and its facilities.

II. EFFECTIVITY OF THE AGREEMENT This Agreement shall take effect upon the beginning of 2020 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela and is automatically extended should the 2020 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela is extended by government.
