When you click/press on spellchecker after you wrote your assignment it helps you and look for the misspelled words. The alignment helps you to put the words or numbers in the centre, right, aligns or lift sides. Character effects provide a variety of different typefaces such as bold or italics to your characters. Font and font sizes specify the size and style on entered number and text. Edit option provide easy way to edit text such as cut, copy and paste. 4. Operating system are programs that coordinate computer resource provides an interface between users and computer. It run applications and there are types of operating system which are smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices used to operate systems also known as real time operating system. 5. *File transfer utility *Plug-ins *Filters 6. Client-based-e-mail require specific programs known as e-mail client to be installed on e:g apple’s e-mail while web-based-e-mail do not require an email to be installed on your computer it uses web mail clients located on the email provider’s computer e:g g-mail . 7. We evaluate the content of web site by checking the currency, objectivity, authority and accuracy. By checking the objectivity helps you to check whether the information is factual or does the author have bias.

Currency provide information up to date; it specifies when was the information uploaded. Authority present one individual’s or organization’s opinion.
