Description

MIDTERM STUDY GUIDE HIST 1301 For your midterm exam, you will write an essay. Essay questions will be provided to you and you must answer the question using specific examples, or IDs. Your discussion of these IDs need to discuss the 5 Ws: Who, What, When, Where, and Why, as well as their Significance. Your essay will need an introduction with a thesis statement that provides a roadmap for the rest of the essay, suitable topic sentences, body paragraphs that use the lecture IDs as evidence, and a conclusion that restates the essay’s main points. The midterm exam represents 15% (or 150 points) of your total grade. You are allowed to write your thesis statement and a list of the ID’s you plan on using on the inside cover of the blue book.
