Healthcare Access: people of minority groups are more likely to be uninsured, which can lead to lack of healthcare access in the event of contraction of the virus. 2. Many of the residents in majority hispanic neighborhoods have had to keep working as essential workers, which increased their exposure b. Larger households: more people within the household leads to increased risk of contraction c. Higher rates of underlying medical conditions leading to bigger risk of contraction 3. This busy intersection lead to excess air pollution in the low-income area, which lead many to have respiratory pre-existing conditions and this was only amplified by a lack of access to healthcare b. b) How is low income tied to this issue?

However, the unemployment checks are rarely enough and Congress can’t get it together to come up with a better, long term relief plan ii. Lower job creation due to virus, higher discrimination to minority groups creates a poverty hole that is impossible to get out of and has long term effects on children that leads to cycles of poverty 6. Beneficiaries of food stamps did increase by congress, but they left out the most needy and lowest economic groups from these benefits (????) 1. Rationing of food could very much lead to starvation in america in the long run ii. No online shopping for those with SNAP and health conditions b. b) What challenges face college students trying to get state assistance with food insecurity? (20-50 words) People with disabilities?
