Motivational Article

Being motivated means having his energy to inspire people to do what they dreamed of and that every accomplishment starts with the decision to try, because if we don't try then how will we ever accomplish the success we want to achieve. Motivation can give us multiple strategies that can keep us on track and have the right behavior for the work that we are doing (Ormrod & Jones, 2018, p.66). Motivation is something that Educators and their students need from a dayto-day basis. the reason for that is because when you're motivated it allows you to be energized to learn and to perform in a positive way to get things done and to finish the work that you are supposed to. It can also help the teacher be inspiring for her students, where they will feed off of that positive energy that she is showcasing. This allows a teacher to keep performing every single day even though something bad may happen she can still motivate her students by the energy she has and the way she carries herself and teaches the lessons. Motivation for students

Students need to believe in themselves, the reason for that is because when they truly believe in themselves all things are possible as long as they put in the effort to try. When a student believes in himself and tells him that I got this, this is an example of self-regulating where the student monitors and controls their motivation and emotions by giving himself a pep talk to finish the work or pay attention in class (Ormrod & Jones, 2018, p.66). Students can also use this selfregulating concept even in sports to motivate their teammates and peers around them. The week and they can do this by having a pep talk or saying things that make them feel happy and good about themselves and by then doing this it promotes motivation for not only them but also their peers. this can also create a very good relationship between peers and the students because of the motivation that they have. Is very important for students to have motivation in and out of class. The reason for that is because when a student does not have the motivation they have a harder time saying focus on the tasks that they want to do because their mind is somewhere else where they cannot focus on the task that is at hand. There are many ways that students can self-motivate with different strategies that are available in their school and around them. A few of those strategies can be minimizing the distractions around them, finding different ways to make a boring task more interesting by reminding themselves why this activity is so important. Factors of Intrinsic and extrinsic

Intrinsic motivation in students is where the student is very ambitious drive and also shows the

determination to learn in the classroom activities that you have in your lessons. Extrinsic motivation is a little different from intrinsic motivation. This is where you can see a student working for a reward and this means that they are more motivated when they have a physical reward that they're going to get from doing the activities that don’t work that you have given them. This depends on the student’s motivation and how their engagement is in the classroom and how they are doing their work. For instance, you have a girl who is very dishes to learn and be engaged in what the activity is she is someone who has intrinsic motivation. For extrinsic motivation, for instance, we have a boy who wants to get an A in the class just so that he can receive a reward from his parents for getting good grades is a student who displays extrinsic motivation. Another example of motivation that is often seen in students is in group projects or team sports. For instance, a student who is on the cross country team motivates his teammates to have fun at practice and work hard. In my eyes both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation is great and that it is up to the teacher to make sure that the students are being motivated in activities that they have. Instructional strategies

the three-stage developmental appropriate strategies that I thought of was building an environment where as soon as the student walks into the classroom the environment in the class is very motivational by the things that you have written on your board, to the things that you have posted around your class to always motivate to students to put in the effort to try the work

that you're teaching them. Because when you do that it helps them learn better because you are providing these visual graphics that motivating and stimulating their mind that they can do this as long as they try. The second one would be having the class spit up into different groups for instance like if you have 20 kids you can split them into four groups of five to where they will have the responsibility to do the work with the group and do their part that is involved in this group activity. This does Indy motivate the students because it is not only their responsibility it is everyone's responsibility as a group to get the activity done, and the student can motivate one another by asking each other questions to figure out how they're going to answer this activity that you have given them. The last one that I found that Ferlazzo writes about is that having the “students publicly share their thinking process with solving the problem that everyone is doing or a problem that is similar to that one” (Ferlazzo, 2015, para.7). What Ferlazzo is talking about is that this helps them be self-motivated which means that by doing this activity or strategy the soonest will be telling themselves that I can do this, I can share my thought process on how to solve this problem or any other problem that is in this activity. Effectiveness of teachers

The effectiveness of teachers affects every student's motivation. The reason why is that students will always watch what their teachers do, and that's because students will always look up to their

6

teacher as someone that can help them. Students always read how you carry yourself by seeing how you react to certain things or handle certain situations in or out of class. For example, if you're a teacher and you're in your classroom and you showing that you are careless about what you are trying to teach or make them learn the students will not care for that and they will begin to mimic that same body language that you are exposing. That is why it is very critical that teachers create this environment where as soon as they see their students they are telling them good morning and asking them how was your weekend or morning is going. Another thing is that you set up the classroom to be an environment where it is very motivational and encouraging to the students. For instance, in your classroom, you can have different words, quotes that create a spark of motivation when the students see them and have pictures posted around the walls of your classroom that the students may look up to. One easy thing that students can look up to is superheroes because every student has a special superhero that they like. For instance, my favorite superhero would be Captain America because he works hard, and he likes to motivate the people around him to make them happy and encouraged. By the teachers doing this sometimes the students can think of the teachers as their superheroes because they are helping them understand a difficult subject that they are trying to learn and they're making learning easier and fun for them.

7

Conclusion With all that being sad students receive their motivation from the people that they look up to which can range from anyone who works in their school like, teachers, educational assistance, teacher helpers, principles, vice principals, and even counselors can motivate the students. when's the classroom is being started with a great inspiring quote in the right environment all of the motivation factors will follow along. with that being said the teacher and her students can achieve a great performance in the lesson that they are learning because the teacher is showing that she does care about the student’s needs and what helps them learn. When the teacher shows this to the students it allows the students to not lose focus and stay intrigued by the Learning activity. In my eyes I feel like this would make the classroom a motivational place and that both the teachers and students can achieve greatness.
