Problem solving is one of the best ideas for dealing with the issues that arise in the film and will assist us in putting them into practise. The goal of problem-solving is to come up with a solution that works for both sides. Apart from that, it also should be have two way communication between the employer and employees. As for example, Bossman didn’t take any complaint from his employees but want the best from them. It shows there is no good or effective communication between them and it leads Diana to take an initiative to settle the issue by using the problem solving method. Problemsolving can also help to strengthen a long-term relationship by reducing stress, emotional spitefulness, and other signs of disagreement in a relationship.

On the other hand, Bossman should have one of the Big Five-Factor Personality Model which is conscientiousness. conscientiousness is a personality trait that includes problem-solving, impulsive management, and target behaviour. People who work in research and even high-end finance, where attention to detail and organisation are required talents, use this structured and coordinated technique. As the employer and the leader of the company, bossman should more dependable and organize about their organizations. He cant expect his employees to settle all of the problems and bring benefits to him only. Apart from the dependable part, bossman should hear and take an actions towards any complaints that made by his employees....
