Executive Summary Belleza Scarves Boutique is a new shop that will be opening in Kuantan, to sell women’s hijabs. The idea of creating the business name came from the owner where Belleza is a nickname or personal name meaning beauty from Spanish Language, which means the company has chosen that meaning because every woman has her own beauty and when they wear hijab it will be more beautiful and sweet. Most of the hijabs and other products provided in the shop are for women in average of 18-45 and above. The price range is determined by the brand and the design of the products.

INTRODUCTION 1. Belleza scarves is Muslim woman casual hijab brand that we established in 2021. Belleza scarves isn’t just a Muslim hijab ready to wear but we put our love in making every hijab. We manufacture our products at Lorong Semambu, Semambu in Kuantan. Everything that you see on our social media is produce with love and created with the best fabrics and quality. Our mission is to be leader in Muslim casual wear and grow bigger to reach our market both in Malaysia and overseas. NAME OF BUSINESS The business will be known as “Belleza Scarves”. The idea of creating the business’s name came from the owner of the company itself as Belleza is a nickname or personal name meaning beauty from Spanish Language, which means the company has chosen that meaning because every woman has her own beauty and when they wear hijab it will be more beautiful and sweet. The “Belleza Scarves” itself already illustrates that the company will provides hijabs.

Low Start Capital

Another advantage of this hijab business, the capital to start this business is also very low! To start him, there is no need to bother to buy any equipment. Just need to buy stock of lids only! About 3-4 hundred Ringgit Malaysia.



No Expired Date

This lid is a non -expired product category. So, we can save a long time. Unlike food products, or cosmetic products. If we sell food items, if we don't run out. We have to throw them away. If the food is dry, it can last the longest, maybe in 1-2 years. After that, it will be damaged and cannot be used. As with cosmetic products, there is an expiration date.



Evergreen Business

Yes! This lid is an evergreen product, that is, there is a demand all the time. No matter the time, every day and every month, there are people who buy hijabs.

1.3 INDUSTRY PROFILE Our business company currently owned by partnership, incorporated as Belleza Scarves. Our business provides scarf for solutions that who demanding modesty In the simple style. We also provide service custom made scarf in bulk for those who has special event or for individual.

1.4 BUSINESS LOCATION The proposed business location will be opened in Kuantan. It will be located at Lorong IM 14/2. Taman Prima Kota, 25200 Kuantan, Pahang, Indera Mahkota 14, industrial. The business location is the strategic area as Bandar Indera Mahkota is the place where most of people going around and shopping.

1.5 DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF BUSINESS Belleza Scarves will start its business on 5th October 2021. It will be opened from 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m daily, every Monday to Sunday. However, it will be closed during festive seasons such as Hari Raya and Independence Day. Customers can purchase the products directly from the store itself or through online, where they could reach Belleza Scarves Boutique on Facebook page and Instagram.

1.6 FACTORS IN SELECTING THE PROPOSED VENTURE We select this proposed venture because there is increase in demand of scarf due to trend in Muslimah attire. Besides, scarf was provided for various group of people of all ages especially female.

1.7 FUTURE PROSPECT OF BUSINESS This business has very good prospect in the future. Due to the highly demands from the society, we believed that our business will achieve higher profit in the future. Moreover, we provide high quality materials. In addition, we would spread our products throughout International Market in the future.

This business plan is very important for a new company like Belleza Scarves because it may help us to maintain our business longer in the Malaysia market. 5.0 PROJECT BACKGROUND Background of proposal project 1. Physical location Belleza Scarves.Co is located at Lorong Semambu, Semambu Star Grocer 1st Floor, 25200 Kuantan Pahang.

2. Price of premise The scarves packaging was at the shop house lot , paying the rent for a month’s the rent is RM 1500.00 and this shop house has a large space allowing us to keep stock of scarve. In addition, we get enough space for the process of wrapping the scarves .

3. Distance from source of raw material We got a stock of scarves from Drama Queen on Instagram.

4. Availability of manpower When we first started the business, we only had 4 employees. After doing business for a few months, we got a lot of response making us need more manpower. With the addition of new employees later, the business will run more smoothly. We need employees who can handle stock and delivery to customers.

Its primary aim is to provide a measure of security for old age retirement to its members. All workers are liable to pay monthly contribution of 12% of their wages. The company will also deduct sosco which is 2% of the workers basic salaries. •

Working hours

Employees working hours are based on the schedule we made as a guideline which is from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The average leave for an employee is two days a week •
