BUSINESS FINANCE QUARTER 2-WEEK 1 SUMMARIES OF THE ANSWER FROM THE 3 GUIDE QUESTIONS 1. WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO VENTRUE SUCH INVESTMENT?  Income provides as the natural starting point for investment planning because you can't invest what you don't have. Family planning sits at the top of this list for many individuals, with couples figuring out how many kids they want, where they want to live, and how much money is needed to accomplish those goals. Career expectations often complicate these calculations, with the highlyeducated enjoying increased earning power while those stuck in low-level jobs are forced to cut back to make ends meet. 2. HOW DO YOU EXPECT THIS INVESTMENT TO GIVE YOU A RETURN?  A good return on investment is generally considered to be about 7%. Cash slowly loses value over time due to inflation. The cost of goods and services increases with time, meaning that cash has less purchasing power. This guide will walk through what a good return looks like and which assets may potentially help an individual achieve their financial goals. This guide will walk through what a good return on an investment looks like and which assets may potentially help an individual achieve their financial goals. 3. HOW DO YOU CONSIDER THE RISK OF SUCH INVESTMENT?  The foundation of the pyramid represents the strongest part of your investment portfolio, which supports everything above it. This area should be made up of investments that offer a stable return while still allowing for capital appreciation. Money in the summit should be fairly disposable so you don't have to sell prematurely in instances where there are capital losses. High-risk investments should consist of money you can lose without any serious repercussions. This area should be made up of medium-risk investments that offer a stable return while still allowing for capital appreciation.

1. WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO VENTURE SUCH INVESMTENT? 1ST INTERVIEWEE  Because you can't invest what you don't have, income is a good beginning point for investment planning. The first employment of a young adult serves as a wake-up call, requiring judgments regarding IRA contributions, savings, or money market accounts, as well as the sacrifices required to reconcile rising prosperity with the need for fulfillment. Don't be too concerned about failures at this time, such as becoming overwhelmed by school loan and automobile payments, or forgetting that your parents no longer pay the monthly credit card bill. ND 2 INTERVIEWEE  The playing field on which we operate over our lifetimes, as well as the decisions that affect wealth management, are defined by our outlook. For many people, family planning is at the top of the list, with couples deciding how many children they want, where they want to live, and how much money is required to achieve those aspirations. Career aspirations can confuse these calculations, with the highly educated enjoying more earnings power while others stuck in low-wage positions are compelled to cut back to make ends meet. RD 3 INTERVIEWEE  It is never too late to start investing. You may be well into middle age before you realize that life is moving at a rapid pace, necessitating the development of a strategy to deal with old age and retirement. Fear can take over if you wait too long to create investing goals, but this should subside once the strategy is implemented. Whatever your age, income,

or viewpoint, keep in mind that all investments begin with the first dollar. Those who invest for decades, on the other hand, have an edge, since their rising money allows them to enjoy a lifestyle that others cannot afford.

2. HOW DO YOU EXPECT THIS INVESTMENT TO GIVE YOU A RETURN? 

1ST INTERVIEWEE  A fair return on investment is typically thought to be around 7% per year. nd 2 INTERVIEWEE  It's critical for investors to have reasonable expectations regarding the sort of return they'll receive. This tutorial will walk you through what a decent return on investment looks like and which assets may potentially assist an individual accomplish their financial objectives. RD 3 INTERVIEWEE  Because cash might appear to be a safer option to investing, it may appear to be a smart idea to put your money into a savings account–the modern-day version of stuffing cash under your mattress. However, currency gradually loses value owing to inflation; that is, the cost of goods and services rises over time, resulting in reduced purchasing power for cash. 3. HOW DO YOU CONSIDER THE RISK OF SUCH INVESTMENT?

1ST INTERVIEWEE  The pyramid's base is the strongest part, and it supports everything above it. This category should include investments with minimal risk and predictable returns. It is the largest region and contains the most of your valuables. ND 2 INTERVIEWEE

 This category should consist of medium-risk assets that provide a consistent return while yet allowing for capital appreciation. Although riskier than the assets that form the foundation, these investments should be rather safe. rd 3 INTERVIEWEE  This is the smallest part of the pyramid (portfolio), reserved exclusively for high-risk investments, and should consist of money you may lose without major consequences. Furthermore, money in the top should be sufficiently disposable so that you don't have to sell early if there are capital losses.
