Creating software programs and making profit by running ads on those programs is a great business opportunity start-up idea as stated in the case is quite interesting to everyone. But, there are some problems of ethical and corporate social responsibility that we cannot ignore or else we can make mistakes that impact several people, including ourselves. As I've given a lot of thought and consideration to what my friends have offered me, I'm apprehensive about making the final go ahead for GameRush. This initiative seems to be a very positive one at first glance. But, as I look into the business plan more closely and analyze all the documents submitted by investors, I have many questions about the validity and ethically of this.

On the one hand, I will talk about the issue of social responsibility, when GameDay has researched and developed some aspects of the game and game design that can affect the psychology of the players, creates a form of psychological addiction. Addictive game can have detrimental effects on the players and the society as a whole, it involves you may become mentally dependent on a game and the behavior you exhibit due to psychological addiction. If you are addicted to game, you will be subjected to an intense psychological impulse to play that game. Imagine if my kids or your kids are attracted to and spend the whole day in games like this all day and don't care about learning.

On the other hand, I have come across many problems in which we are copying GameDay almost exactly. The first is the company's name, GameRush is similar to Alice's old company - GameDay, which works on an area of game development and design and strategy of company almost in the same way. This at first glance will create advantages for GameRush in terms of competition, it is easy to confuse the two companies, one that has built up its value and a startup start looking for their customers. But after all the confusion, our company will show our shortcomings and weaknesses. It would be very hard for us to maintain our credibility and validity as a company in this highly competitive market if other businesses find out the reason for which we are successful. The second is about the ethics of the business, Alice uses the important information of the partners from the old company to gain business partnerships for our company. The company is from India, Alice knows about the factory and its production through her work at GameDay. In addition, Alice also uses her former company's research to create a strategy for our company. The strategy for the company is to create games that use the player's psychological research, through the aspects of the game's content and design to some extent make the game addicted, and insert ads into the game. Alice had access to said research while working at GameDay which showed that repetition of advertisers' names increased the probability that viewers of the advertisements would buy. This could lead to major legal issues as well as ethical issues. The third is about signing a contract with the partner, Alice chose a foreign partner and working with them, she did not choose to go to India to review the company but only signed a contract through a US representative for the work to be done. I find this a bit loose, the Indian company can be a fake company or scam, it is difficult to know the partner. This has a lot to do with legal issues, they may disappear without following the terms of the

contract at any time. This could lead to major legal issues as well as ethical issues. If I lose this job, then how can my family survive? Or how can my kids go to school? This business must be successful for me to be a part of it. Even our marketing strategy relies entirely on GameDay's research theories to convince advertisers, which has been told to potential advertisers as an impetus for them to advertise. Their fox into the game. The plan is to build and market a game with psychological research on building into the addictive qualities she learned while working at GameDay. It's really unsustainable if other companies get the hang of this research and start working the same way we copied it from GameDay, we will lose our customers, our plans will be broken. There must be some form of modifications at my company. My plan is based on duty-based ethics. We can first change the direction of creating addictive games and game design and instead create things that can be based on the theory of psychological addiction because people always need information, we learn the surroundings to operate and live. For example we can build news applications or economic blogs, we have a quarter of our members who have bachelor's degrees in economics or related to business, we have can create articles and articles about economics, or blog about computer games, and invite more friends from the university to participate in writing or blogging activities, we have the strength as Qualified people have gone to reputable schools - something that other companies can hardly copy, so that we can have more partners, invite potential advertisers, or the main report for the products we make. It will be more beneficial to society, but we will achieve good results and avoid harming to society. Moreover, we will recruit new people to help the company, not just Alice as the main developer. After that, we will set up our own research project on how to advertise, find out carefully how to place

ads so that users are most visible, but it does not make them uncomfortable or complain. Complained about ads being added, through getting comments, feedback through the many websites and apps we already have, or getting additional feedback from advertisers, even from ourselves - the creators of a website and game application. This will create the company's core values, attracting more visitors to the site and new advertisers. Since then the company has added value and profit. Since then, changing the type of company from LLC into other types is more profitable and more sustainable....
