Med Math – Via Swift River Due Sunday 1/30 by 2359

Saturday or Sunday of Week 1 times vary You will receive an email from the Simulation Team regarding time. This is a 2-hour session.

Guidelines: Clinical Orientation is non-optional _______ I acknowledge that Attendance is required, request for switching orientations is NOT permitted nor accommodated. _______ I acknowledged that clinical orientation starts exactly at assigned time and I must present in full clinical uniform with updated clinical packet in hand and Complio updated. _______ I understand a late arrival to the assigned CCC orientation room is considered tardy and I will not be able to continue with clinical orientation for N316Lfor this term. _______ I understand per the University Handbook, I will be expected to present a fully updated clinical packet to the N316L faculty on the 1st day of clinical orientation. Further instructions will be communicated on week 10 by the assigned clinical instructors via Canvas. ______ I acknowledge I am responsible for a clinical badge, if assigned. I will be responsible for the return of the badge to my clinical instructor on my last day of clinical. Should I fail to return or lose the badge, I acknowledge that I may billed $50 by West Coast University for the lost badge.

Complete, Practice and Review ATI Med Math Review Modules: Upload ATI REPORT to Med Math Modules under Assignments in Canvas by Sunday 1/30 by 2359 of Week 1 in your clinical section on canvas. o Dosage Calculation and Safe Medication Administration 3.0: Complete 2 modules (ANY 2! Should include Critical Care but exclude Peds)

There are only 3 attempts allowed for Med Math. Afer the 1st attempt please reach out to your clinical instructor for further remediation and assistance. You can also complete practice the modules in Swif River to ensure you are successful on your Med Math Part A &B.

OB CCC/Skills Day Week 1 Mandatory Attendance This is a 7-hour day on zoom. Anticipate a quiz on newborn medication administration, BUBBLELE, and skills validation on Newborn Assessment.

Due Week 1 OB Orientation/CCC: This should be completed after Week 1 has started:  The Maternal Newborn Pretest  Watch the videos in the module  Complete the posttest **Directions: Login into ATI My ATI Tab Learn Tab: Skills Module 3.0  Maternal Newborn → Pretest  Complete the Pretest Click on Pre-test and complete.  In the same tab of Maternal Newborn there is a tab labeled Step by Step Viewing.
