Obessity Nowadays, developed countries are suffering due to high rates of obese young citizens. Some people believe that the boom of convenient restaurants and improper guidance of parents are the reasons that have affected the health of children. The convenient restaurants and processed foods are seen everywhere. Many people are relying on the restaurant in order to lessen the burden of preparing foods at home. For instance, single employees prefer to eat in fast-food restaurants so that they will not waste time and energy preparing food at home. Besides, a lack of knowledge of parents about the importance of proper food and neglecting their children causes their children's health to get worse and for children to become obese in society. nevertheless, the owners of these restaurants cannot stop the growth of convenience outlets because these are their livelihood and source of income. However, there are several steps to overcome this serious pandemic. Firstly, Parents should encourage their kids to adopt healthy eating habits. This can be achieved by introducing more vegetables and fruits in their diet. Furthermore, the Government can also contribute by enforcing fast food outlets to serve healthy substitutes of fast foods, for instance, many restaurants in some Europe countries have started serving more healthier options in their menus. Also, in schools, more physical exercises should be included in the course of study. In conclusion, obesity could be controlled by changing our lifestyle and eating habits. Parent’s attention and care could contribute a lot in this regard. The role of government cannot be neglected while addressing this issue....
