Strength Respectful  I believe myself to be conscious due to my attention to others' feelings and the manner in which I treat others dependent on that mindfulness. ... I regard their feelings and see what is the most ideal approach to convey my message adequately without bargaining our relationship

Patience 

Having persistence implies having the option to stand by tranquilly despite disappointment or difficulty, so anyplace there is dissatisfaction or affliction —i.e., almost all over—we have the chance to rehearse it.

Weaknesses Being too honest 

Being too honest makes you vulnerable to many people. Most people expect honesty from you and once they know what they wish to know, they get an edge over you because they can exploit that information.

Too Sensitive 

Sensitivity is often seen as a weakness in our culture, especially when an HSP is under stress. Easily overwhelmed by too much sensory stimulation, too much to do, or too many people, I tend to get emotional and overwhelmed and need to escape the stressful environment.

Opportunities

Communication 

Great relational abilities are vital to accomplishment throughout everyday life, work and connections. Without compelling correspondence, a message can transform into mistake, misconception, dissatisfaction, or even fiasco by being confused or inadequately conveyed.

Time management 

Great time the board empowers you to work more brilliant – not harder – so you complete more in less time, in any event, when time is tight and pressures are high. Neglecting to deal with your time harms your viability and causes pressure. It appears to be that there will never be sufficient time in the day.

Threats Laziness 

Laziness can deliver one emotionless to reactant psychological wellness issues like indignation, nervousness, apathy, substance misuse, and wretchedness, that’s the reson I think it’s a threat for me.

Higher level of stress 

Skills Reflection Waking up early is problamatic for me, I think its hard for me to wake up early but I got cure for this problem when I got a job. Working in group was hard for me, but when I joined college I have to do group assignments which cut down my problem of working with groups I get angry very fast and I was looking for a cure to this problem and I get angry when someone tease me and I am looking forword to manage my anger.
