Strengths 

What are you really good at?

Weaknesses 

Subjects: Maths, English, Chemistry and Biology.

I need to improve on my public speaking as I get nervous when it comes to doing presentation or interviews. Even though I know the answers I feel when it comes to communicating the panic sets in and don’t answer correctly.

Reading and Drawing. Innovative and creative 

What are the things you’re not so good at or need to improve on?

What skills do other people recognise in you?

Procrastinating and distractions- If I am not interested in a subject or not concerned I live things until the last minute.

Communication and problem solving skills and working under pressure. Having an open mind.

Time management.



Pushing my boundaries as I feel I get too comfortable.

What do you get recognised and praised for? Ability to work in a team 



Confidence.

What do you try to do that you just can’t master?

Able to manage difficult situations.

Public speaking.

What about yourself are you most proud of or satisfied with?

Improve on time management. Make a timetable.

Art, writing journals and my work.  

What experiences, skills and knowledge do you have that others may not have? Art and my ability to deal with stressful situations.

What do you only do because you have to? Exercise and try to stay healthy.



What aspects of your personality are holding you back? My shy nature. Procrastination My ability to feel nervous within a

new environment. Leaving things until the last minute. 

What do other people identify as your weaknesses? Retreating and not standing up for myself when it comes to conflict. Shy nature.

Being open to social opportunities and making connections.

It would not be possible for me to achieve my goal.

How can you minimise your weaknesses? I can minimise my weaknesses by coming out of my comfort zone and try to practise and push my boundaries that I have put around me, step by step.

Where do you see the most potential growth for yourself? I see growth in getting a degree in mental health as I feel I have put it off for so long. I have learnt everything I can currently and I feel I am very limited now. A degree will open new opportunities for me and I will be



What setbacks might you face? Not being able to achieve my goals in life as even though I have the knowledge and ability, some of my weaknesses could be a disadvantage.



What obstacles do you need to overcome to get to where you want to be? Public speaking and also not standing up for myself. Obstacle of finishing my education in the field of nursing also doing well in the process.
