Communication Sending emails to clients and talking face to face increased my networking and allowed me to ask questions.

Planning and Organisation Reporting back on project progress enhanced my time management key for activities such as equestrian team events.

Numerical Management

Compared my work at the beginning of my placement through emails sent and reports back from my line manager. This written report of my work allowed me to observe how I improved and how I can increase my skills further. But also how I felt during the experience.

Overall increasing my employability by creating a more engaging, confident, and articulate individual. Increases my chances of achieving a graduate level position within the Insurance industry, especially in an environment where graduate corporate skills are lacking (McLaren, 2016).

Numerical reasoning tests in graduate schemes have been difficult in the past but my placement has increased this skill due to formula calculations and data trend management.

Quality Control Quality control for the data transportation in the system was key, giving me the idea to use checklists in my university work to check quality....
