INTRODUCTION: Public relations are the actions of using effective communication to build up and protect the reputation of the organization within the internal and external society. Ibrahim, R.A. (2001) says “Human beings who are the objects of strategic public relations are more complex; it is therefore,

believed that strategic public relations is faced with the challenges of unraveling and simplifying the complexity of human nature in order to ensure sound understanding between actors in conflict” Strategic Public Relation. Surprisingly any public organizations that obtain high ratings from the above values translate into the growth of positive public confidence will have the highest benefit of a peaceful and sustainable environment. The British Institute of Public Relations (BIPR) defines Public Relations Practice as “deliberate, planned and sustained effort to establish and maintain mutual understanding between an organization and its publics”. Social relations activities as an advisory tool for understanding human behavior, analyzing trends in future and predicting its outcomes, testing public comments, their attitudes, expectations, and to look into some important steps. These steps are to stop and to manage two way of presentation that is based on facts and comprehensive knowledge, to stop and manage disputes and misunderstandings; to promote social responsibility and dispute management, encouraging trade relations, to improve manufacturing relations, promotion of product and jobs; attract more efficient employees and reducing employee turnover; maximizing profits and doing work through corporate ownership. The topic of Public Relations that I have selected for this assessment is Public Relations as Tool for Conflict Management in Organization. When people create conflict in the context of the society in which they live, and they always need a certain balance in the conflict area to reduce or boost the wrong effects of the conflict. One of the estimating measures that professionals of communication present as an active panel in conflict management is effective communication with the public. We can employ following synonyms for the word “conflict” such as tension, clash, crisis or friction. The most observed and most frequent conflicts that includes power, position seeking, loyalty to persons, money, value and groups. Conflict is found everywhere in society in all aspects of life where people meet. Cosers also define conflict as “a struggle over values and claims to scarce status, power and resources in which the aims of the opponents are to neutralize, inspire or eliminate their rivals”. Ledingham sees conflict as “struggle for power by contending forces”. Where it is the deterioration of communication between people will inevitably lead to dispute. Dispute in organizations can result to mismanagement, war, social unrest, even death. In such conflicts, the idea managing it using social connection techniques can reduce conflict in the organization effectively. Conflict also means differences of opinions between the employees which lead to clashes. In this assessment we are going to use public relations strategies to overcome the conflict in an organization. We will evaluate that how Public Relations can be effective in managing and resolving conflict situations. The objective of this study is to discover that the most effective form of public relations process is a philosophical approach of addressing issues that could lead to increase in crisis of sustainability and national growth.

IMPACT: The conflicts in an organization can lead to the impact and effects on the other members of the organization, which can disturb whole organization’s environment.

The effects of Conflict:

It is understandable that conflict is a powerful effort or unorganized war along with intention of taking the place of leadership or posted by any possible alternatives to the accepted procedure or rules, procedure or normal. In other words, it is a desire to be a leader in “fire with power” or "do or die." This is always in opposition to democracy. A leadership conflict can be between two such individuals or a group striving for or seeking a position of leadership or individual performance everything possible to take authority from a legitimate office worker or position. This includes all misunderstandings in the area of doctrine, finance issues and personal conflicts over ideas. The leadership dispute has set up one sect against another, with one colleague opposing it member against other member, nation against nation, district against another, children against parents and so on. There are cases in some courts today over leadership disputes. A leadership dispute is a struggle, a struggle or an argument between leaders to get something.

 The Strategies of Public Relations Used for Conflict Management: Public Relations helps various institutions in the community such as business, unions, marriage institution, government agencies, voluntary organizations, foundations, hospitals, educational and religious institutions. To achieve objectives, these institutions build effective relationships with a diverse audience or a community such as workers, members, customers, local communities, shareholders and other public institutions. These public relation strategies can be used in management of conflict: 1) Co-operation: This involves the use of constructive dialogue with both parties to a dispute as a way of finding a solution to a problem. The interests of both parties have been defined and there is an attempt to satisfy all equally interests to ensure peaceful relations. 2) Negotiation: This strategy incorporates a negotiation process where each party is present the controversy demands complete satisfaction of its interests and consent any other option. In this strategy there is a lot to play hard as no team wants loss of process. In controlling the dispute an intermediate point is agreed and was accepted by both parties. 3) Dispute: In this strategy, both parties submit their arguments again positions in a neutral panel empowered to act as a judge. Whatever judgment he gives, the parties are bound by law to accept it. 4) Mediation: This is a strategy when a third party comes to help to resolve disagreements between two parties arguments again positions in a neutral panel empowered to act as a judge. Whatever judgment he gives, the parties are bound by law to accept it.

LIMITATIONS: From the data presented above, you can come into knowledge about the main reasons of conflict in an organization and how you can take steps to manage the dispute in the organization. The concept of fair hearing, equity and give and take offering. The conflict management is the basic and most important part of the organization to keep the good environment in the organization. In addition, expertise needs to be put into the framework of ideas, ideas for change and how they work to make a sector employee make the best decision on how to run a business, provide models that show that a social work perspective can ensure effective public relations and take a brand new approach to deal with each task.
