Judicial sources are subordinate to legislation, which means that if there is conflict, legislation will prevail. Parliament has the sole and exclusive right to enact legislation. Thus means that primary legislation is the supreme source of law. In the courts, the judges cannot question or disobey a parliament act but must interpret and enforce....
