Description

I am not a person who likes to read a lot, I prefer a visual representation of a lecture, I really like the lecture type of teaching. Growing up from childhood stage I do not like lectures which has developed issues in comprehension passage.

Sincerely when I started UoPeople, it was di cult since everything was online and so there were a lot of books to read. That was quite challenging for me, reading so much to understand a lesson material, and also been able to grasp what it was talking about, and also remembering its content as well. Although it's looking like an issue. trying to adapt to this system but I notice that I am making efforts to reading more and I hope to be better at it.

What really challenged me so far in this course was the Jungian application of MBTI preferences and orientation that shows my understanding of other people’s di erennt MBTI type. It has really helped me to know where I do belong and it has also made me understand, and communicate effectively with other people appropriately.

Strongest Points i. I recognize and learn from my peer's di erent viewpoints, and hence their answers will surely vary from what provided, at that, I am also learning from them. ii. I also ensure that I am grading the assessment based on my peer's own merit and also not based upon my personal opinions or assumptions.

Weak Point i. I noticed that I do not provide in-depth explanations while assessing my peers, in some cases where more than one sentence is required I do not give extensive comments or suggestions.

ii. I often do not give credit and point out what my peer did right, because I wasn't paying attention to what he/she did that was right instead I was more focused on finding mistake/ faults in my peer's assessment which is not right .that way I am not giving them credit to what I saw that was good taking note of or enlightening. For example, if my peer's APA citation is not well cited, I would point that out, but I would fail to mention the fact that there wasn't any grammatical or spelling error in his/ her note....
