6. Assemble the boat according to the following directions before applying any glue. IMPORTANT: DO NOT GLUE PIECES UNTIL BOAT IS LEVEL. 7. Bottom: Assemble the bottom using 23-2’ PVC segments, 6-1’ PVC segments, 3-PVC crosses, 10PVC 4-way tees, 2-PVC 3-way elbows, 1-PVC 5-way cross, and 4-PVC 45-degree elbows according to Figure 2. 8. Inside Walls: Insert 2’ segments vertically into fittings on the bottom of the boat (there are 12) according to Figure 3. Put slip sling fittings on all vertical 2’ segments that do not form a corner. (There are eight). 9. Inside Back: Take a 4’ segment and slide it through the slip sling fitting at the back of the boat. Put a 3-way fitting on each end of the 4’ segment and attach each 3-way fitting to the back corners of the boat. 10. Inside Sides: From the front of the boat slide an 8’ segment through each slip sling fitting (there are 3) and connect it to the 3-way fitting at the back of the boat, attach a 4-way fitting to the 8’ segment at the front of the boat according to Figure 3. Repeat on the other side. 11. Inside Front: Slide a 4’ segment through the slip sling fitting on the inside front of the boat. Attach each end to the 4-way fittings on the ends of the 8’ segments. Attach the 4-way fittings to the vertical 2’ segments to complete the inside of the boat. See Figure 3. 12. Front: Attach a 1’ segment to each 4-way fitting on the end of the 8’ segments, attach a 45degree fitting to the end. Insert a 2’ segment vertically into the 4-way fitting on the bottom at the front of the boat and attach a slip sling fitting on top. Slide a 2’ segment through the sling fitting and attach a 45-degree fitting on each end. Attach a 1’ segment to each of the 45-degree fittings. Connect the 1’ segments on each side of the boat at the 45-degree fitting according to Figure 4. 13. Put boat on a level surface and adjust fittings and segments so that the boat lays flat. 14. Once boat is level disconnect segments from fittings one at time and apply PVC adhesive and reassemble. IMPORTANT: GO SLOW MAKING SURE THE BOAT STAYS LEVEL. (Pipes will not come apart once adhesive is applied and dried. Adhesive is not required for segments through slip sling fitting.) 15. Cut Tarp: Lay 14’ x 20’ heavy duty tarp on a level ground. Center boat on tarp. Draw a line that measure 2’4” around the boat. Cut tarp along the line. Refer to Figure 5. Cut corners of tarp off according to Figure 5. 16. Grommets: Fold tarp starting at a corner 2” and then again another 2” along the edge. Attach a 1/2“ metal grommet every 2” along edge of tarp. Repeat along other three edges of tarp. 17. Tarp at the Back of the Boat: Cut a 20’ segment of ½” nylon rope. Thread half of the rope through the center grommet on the back of the boat. Fold tarp up along the frame of the back of the boat. Wrap rope around top horizontal PVC pipe. Thread through next grommet and continue attaching tarp until the corner of the boat. At the corner, wrap around the corner and continue down the side. When finished secure rope with a knot and cut remaining rope. Repeat on the other side of the back of the boat. 18. Side of Tarp: Cut a 25’ segment of nylon rope. Thread half of the 25’ rope through the center grommet on the side of the boat. Fold tarp up along the frame of the side of the boat. Wrap rope around top horizontal PVC pipe. Thread through next grommet and continue attaching tarp until the corner of the boat. At the corner, wrap around the corner and continue down the side. When finished secure rope with a knot and cut remaining rope. Repeat on the other side of the

side of the boat. IMPORTANT: WHEN GOING AROUND THE BACK OF THE BOAT REMEMBER TO PULL IT TIGHT AND FOLD IT LIKE A HOSPITAL SHEET. Repeat on other side of boat. 19. Sides of the Front of Tarp: Cut a 10’ segment of nylon rope. Start with the side of the front of the boat. Thread the 10’ rope through the first metal grommet. Fold tarp up along the frame of the side of the front of the boat. Wrap rope around top horizontal PVC pipe. Thread through next grommet and continue attaching tarp until the corner of the boat. At the corner, wrap around the corner and continue down the side. When finished secure rope with a knot and cut remaining rope. Repeat on the other side of the side of the front of the boat. 20. Front of Tarp: Use the remaining nylon rope. Thread 10’ segment of nylon rope through the center grommet at the front of the boat. Fold tarp up along the front of the boat. Wrap rope around top horizontal PVC pipe. Thread through next grommet and continue attaching tarp until the corner of the boat. At the corner, wrap around the corner and continue down the side. When finished secure rope with a knot and cut remaining rope. Repeat on the other side of the front of the boat. 21. Glue folds of tarp, at the corners, with Gorilla Glue. 22. Put 11/32” x 4’ x 8’ Plywood on the inside of the boat.
