Quick Start Guide for Registering NTU Zoom Account Download Zoom client 1. Download the Zoom Client for Meetings from https://ntu-sg.zoom.us/download. 2. Double-click on the file to install Zoom on your computer.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that you use the latest version of Zoom client. If you're setting up on personal devices, always keep the operating system and anti-virus software updated.

Download the mobile app (optional) You can also scan the QR codes to download the Zoom Mobile App. It allows you to start or join from your mobile device.

Sign in with SSO

1. Upon completing the Zoom client installation, open the Zoom app. 2. Click Sign In and then click Sign In with SSO.

NOTE: If you’ve previously signed up for a free account using your NTU email address, you will be prompted to switch to the NTU Zoom account when you sign into your existing account.

Enter Company Domain (ntu-sg) 1. The company domain is used to identify users in the same organisation i.e. NTU. 2. Enter ntu-sg and click Continue.

TIP: If you forget the company domain, simply tap on "I don't know the company domain", then enter your email address.

Login with your network account 1. You will be redirected to the NTU login page. 2. Follow the instructions given and sign in with your network user account in the format e.g. [email protected].

Launch Zoom 1. A pop-up will prompt you to open the Zoom app. 2. Click Open Zoom to launch the Zoom client.
