What is The Xtrades Concept? We currently operate a Discord-Based application that hosts the interaction of users within a growing community. Our goal is to amplify the value of this process by creating a web-based application that interacts with the Discord API to track the trading ideas of our peers, and how those ideas perform over time. We will gamify the process by allowing traders to achieve specific milestones on our platform, and utilize a visual progression tool along the way. Eventually, those that have progressed to a specific verified level, will then be allowed to contribute positively back to the community through tools, video content, coaching, etc and receive monetary and recognition incentives along the way. In the internet space, it’s hard to figure out who is actually “making good calls” or “experienced” in the markets. We hope that our application will allow users to build out their own profile, track and document their trading journey, while also building a public record of their trade ideas. I believe with this system in place, we will eventually be able to determine which traders are the best fit for leading the pack and receiving the most exposure in terms of their trade idea generation. Not only this, but our website will then lead to the creation of a platform that eliminates the need to trust “Guru’s” on the internet with no proven track record by allowing normal everyday traders the platform to showcase their skills and find growth and recognition throughout the process. Incentives Throughout usage of our application, we will incentivize positive behavior that contributes to the community. Such incentiviations will eventually turn into permissions to provide content, coaching, webinars, and other shareable / usable content or tools to the community. Trading is competitive activity that requires a wealth of knowledge and methods to find an edge. We believe bringing the necessary educational content, knowledge, and tools required to succeed should be much more affordable than they currently are and freely accessible to the masses. Features with Edges We hope to create an all-inclusive application that will contain everything a retail trader needs to find an edge in the Stocks and Options Markets. This means optimizing every feature surrounding alerts, coaching, webinars, indicator and scanner setting sharing, to operate with very little lag, and with very high customization and choice. Low Cost For a decade or more now, the retail trading space has lacked proper expertise at the right cost, making it nearly impossible for the average investor to receive the correct foundation necessary to determine whether or not trading is really right for them. Filled with con-artists and scammers in already hard-to-navigate territory, it’s become very hard for the average joe to find

themselves on an equal playing field with the rest of the market. We aim to provide all of those expensive resources at the lowest cost possible, by allowing the best traders themselves the correct exposure on our application. Getting Started As an end-user getting started on our platform is simple. We allow everyone to experience a 20 day trial when they are signing up for Xtrades, completely free. We believe this is an easy way for people to determine whether or not trading is really for them, before they dive in and truly commit themselves. Once a member, users can interact in real-time in the main channels for Stocks and Options to receive pertinent real-time information leading to possibly profitable trading ideas. #main-stock-chat is a fully moderated channel with community members sharing their insights

Education Section We have an education section that only traders with the rank “top trader” and above can share agreed upon content like ideas and reviews of previously alerted trades, and oversight on the markets. We ensure that content here is provided regularly, so that members can continue to benefit from their subscription.

Algorithm Section We also have an algo section that is designed to benefit our elite traders and above through our continually refined pre-set technical based strategies. At times, this makes it a lot easier to determine what we should be looking at as predetermined criteria has been fulfilled and immediately triggered into our view by robots. Trade Idea Tracking In the #  options-plays and #stock-plays channels, we allow traders to follow our play posting format to journal their trades. Once entries and exits are entered in these channels, they are then transcribed into our mobile app and web application database, where performance can
