REFLECTION PAPER 1. "The State shall promote a just and dynamic social order that will ensure the prosperity and independence of the nation." In what ways can the country's development be promoted?

Is there a social order that is both just and dynamic? National prosperity and independence? People, who are not underprivileged? Does adequate public support? If you have full-time work? Is there a rise in the standard of living? Is our quality of life improved for us? About three decades have passed. This and that government emerged and vanished, all of them – yes, all of them – promising socio-economic growth, justice, and harmony loudly and pompously. Without exaggeration, let alone some negative connotation, the nationwide signal fact is that crime of all kinds and severity is the Filipinos' regular bread. Poverty has become a way of life. Inequity in the workplace is a regular occurrence. All developed countries went through the same economic growth process. The preparation, schooling, and jobs of its citizens are at the heart of this process. Indeed, a country's human resource development ensures that its people are employed, allowing them to contribute productively to society and the economy. This job-creation process necessitates a comprehensive economic strategy centered on the establishment of the country's physical and social infrastructure. The construction of all roads, highways, bridges, ports, airports and government buildings is referred to as physical infrastructure, while the construction of all schools, hospitals, and public markets is referred to as social infrastructure. This economic master plan, which is based on citizens being fully employed, is what propelled the developed countries to their current economic position and influence, which allows them to dominate and control other nations. Simply improving our infrastructure and services would build a plethora of job opportunities for our people and provide them with enough money to cover their basic needs while still allowing them to save. Our people can maintain economic development by participating in business and entrepreneurial practices themselves, now that their resources are available for investment. This economic master plan, which is based on citizens being fully employed, is what propelled the developed countries to their current economic position and influence, which allows them to dominate and control other nations.

So it is that, although traffic has turned into a massive tragedy. People are sleeping on the streets near the canals if they aren't even housed there. The standard of living is high in the sense that eating, living, and even dying costs a lot of money. Is the aforementioned constitutional provision merely a dream, if not hallucinatory? Were the past, the current, and the yet-to-beformed governments all essentially futile exercises in good governance? No, it's not true. This isn't quite what you'd think, far less what you'd ask for in terms of a heavenly rule on Earth. This isn't intended to encourage people to vote for all-knowing, all-powerful government leaders who would observe and defend the Constitution.

Just and Dynamic Social Order is achieved by policies that: 

Provide adequate social services (in the field of health, education, housing, etc).

Encourage full-time jobs.

The standard of living is growing.

Everyone's quality of life will improve.

Getting to the bottom of the issue of widespread poverty 

Creating a just and humane world.

Reduce a privileged group's political and economic influence by raising expectations and prospects for advancement across the board.

Make poverty history.

2. What is the vital role of the youth in nation-building? Youth refers to the segment of society that is still growing and has the potential to change a country's destiny. It's the transitional period from childhood to adulthood. This is a stage in everyone's life that comes and goes. This step, if used correctly, can be very exciting, with a strong desire to try new things. The growth and prosperity of a country are the responsibility of its people. Youth make up 20-30% of a country's overall population. The success of any nation is determined by the working class, especially young people. Several indicators, such as advancement in science, technology, health, management, and other areas, determine the country's progress. Only youth empowerment on social, educational, and economic levels will help them achieve success in all of these areas. To succeed in all of these spheres, the youth must be led in a positive direction. It

is important to consider the importance of youth development and training. The youth need proper education and skill development to succeed in the right direction. Young people have a lot of talent and are eager to work hard to achieve their goals. Today's youth can form tomorrow's nation's status, therefore youth's power and ability must be fully realized through providing them with adequate opportunities. The second, and most critical, aspect is youth empowerment, since they face a variety of challenges....
