Instructions There is a scene in RtT in which coach Boone is informed that he will be fired if the team loses only one game (script copied below). From Boone perspective, there is a lack of procedural fairness. The school board only decides whether to hire Boone depends only on a game, not on Boone’s work ability and qualifications. So this process is unreasonable. For the layoffs, the school seems not allow Boone appeals of the procedure or allocation, that will let Boone dissatisfaction. Boone will consider that the school depends on a game to decide his job satisfaction are not fair. "One game, just like that? " seems to maximize his dissatisfaction....
