Marylin was pregnant, did you both want a big family? 3. It is speculated that you were engaging in an affair with a hospital employee, is this true? 4. Are you responsible for the murder of your wife Marylin on July 4th, 1954? 5. Where were you on the night of July 4th, 1954? 6. On the night of July 4th, 1954, was anyone else present in your home besides you and your wife? 7. To the best of your ability can you describe to me what you remember what you remember about that night? 8. Can you describe the intruder that was in your house to me? 9. You reported that you had physical contact with the intruder can you explain the altercation to me? 10. Did you sustain any injuries from your altercation with the intruder? 11. Did you attempt to resuscitate your wife? 12. Do you have any idea who could have done this to your wife or why someone would want her dead? 13. Did your wife have any enemies or get into any heated arguments with someone recently?

When conducting an interrogation, the interrogating officers build their course of action of

3 off case facts gathered from the incident report and witness statements that were collected and documented by the responding officers. Because these reports and statements have such a high significance to the case it is vital that they are written with complete accuracy and are fully completed. If the incident report and witness statements are missing information or if they are not detailed enough, it leaves room for stories to be misinterpreted and holes are left in the case. Probable cause can also be determined from the incident report which can lead to the allowance of a search warrant to gather more evidence and vital information needed to convict. If there is not enough information included in the repost there is the chance that a warrant will not be granted and therefore the case will no longer have legs to stand on....
