INTRODUCTION The purpose of the Scope Management Plan is to ensure the project is composed of all the work required, and only the work required, to successfully complete the project. The scope management plan report includes: ● Roles and Responsibilities in Project ● Scope Range and Definition ● Scope Management ● Scope Variables Control ● Work Breakdown Structure The project aims to design, program and test new software products that will be used to track the company's finances and improve various financial processes. This includes software design, all programming and coding, and software testing / validation. This project does not require external resources or outsourcing.

SCOPE MANAGEMENT APPROACH In this project, Project Manager has the full responsibility of scope management. The range of the project is defined through the WBS, WBS dictionary, and scope statement. Followings are responsibilities and approaches for scope management. ● Project manager, sponsors and stakeholders are measuring and defining project ranges. ● Project scope can be changed by Project manager, stakeholders, or team members. ● Changed requests should be submitted to the Project administrator and evaluated. ● After confirmation, Project manager should submit it to the Change Control Board and project sponsor ● After get approval, Project manager should update all the documents and notify all stakeholders. ● Through the feedback from project manager and stakeholders, final project output and scope is set.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project managers, sponsors, and teams all play an important role in managing the scope of this project. Therefore, project sponsors, managers and team members must be aware of their responsibilities to ensure that the work carried out on the project is within the scope set for the entire duration of the project. The following table indicates the roles and responsibilities for scope management of this project.

Responsibilities - Review the changes in project environment, such as schedules, priorities, and jobs. - Evaluate the output of the project upon completion - Identify the key success factors of the project and approve the project’s output. - Manage project scope - Handle budget and cost of the project - Manage project suppliers through vendors to get financial investment. - Take care of the quality of the process to achieve the best result. - Leading team to accomplish project with resources. - Measure and verify project scope - Validate scope change requests - Participate in impact assessments of scope change requests - Communicate outcomes of scope change requests to team - Facilitate team level change review process - Contribute to the whole project and complete required tasks. - Participate in regular meeting to follow up changed needs. - Providing professional skills and develop individual deliverable - Documentation

SCOPE DEFINITION Project Team will develop and implement car sharing service application to improve customer satisfaction. Analyzing and designing is the first step required to complete the project. We expect the project will enhance the quality of the service as well as increase the number of potential users. The project Scope Statement can contain following components: ● Scope Description ● Business Objectives ● Acceptance criteria ● Project Deliverables ● Project Exclusions

PROJECT SCOPE STATEMENT ● Project Scope Description ○ The project is aiming to provide user-friendly car sharing service with easyaccessible web-based applications. The purpose of the project is to expand service areas to provide distinct services. ● Product Acceptance Criteria o The basic infrastructure must be set before the project. o Approval from the Government on the scope of Accommodation and Car Rental Directory ● Project Deliverables o Project Deliverables is included within WBS below. ● Project Exclusions o Only serviced through web. o Only serviced following areas; Mississauga, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough. o Purchasing new cars or expanding car-station. o Branding, Marketing and designing. o Technology and organizational assessment of the current environment. ● Project Constraints – o The price of driver insurance should be applied by age. o Additional requirements of stakeholders might affect to the first release day. o Since the application is web-based, mobile version might be seen different. ● Project Assumptions: o There will be sufficient amount of budget and human resources. o The project will reduce the cost of traveling by deducting drive efficiency. o The project will be done in a year. o Every team members have professional skills in software development industry. o New service will release in May. 2019.

This include the verification system configuration required with respect to technology. After verification installation process begins Pcs will be installed in respective offices and then team can successfully perform the testing and customizations of user interfaces. Dedicated software will be installing on every computer. Successfully installed software Successful working of software. Need employees to work on computers Hiring process will start from here minimum requirement should be vary according to the position and training is provided where needed Testing will be done to check the bug free system and from the user response Here the software application is tested from the error and then put on the online software store for the user. Recruiting process start for the drivers According to the ride driver will be hired System goes live with all users. The entire process of execution is managed or monitor here continuously by manager. Project is managed from everything cost, schedule etc Alternate plan will be ready to implement at the time of risk encountered. If any changes needed the plan will be revised from there. The work to close-out the project. An audit of all hardware and software procured for the project, ensures that all procured products are accounted for and in the asset management system. Manager and team will prepare a document for the authorization of the project completion and Acceptance Project will get approval from sponsor.

After completion of project all the files will be saved for future Table 1.2, WBS Dictionary

SCOPE VERIFICATION The project’s deliverables and final product/service will be validated and verified through the project’s formal acceptance processes. These processes are defined and used to make sure that each deliverable and products can be accepted only if they meet their expected acceptance criteria.

SCOPE CONTROL The request for change project scope needs to be approved through the process of ‘scope management procedure’. The new suggestion to change the scope will be considered. Project Manager and Project Sponsor have the responsibility to determine it whether it is beneficial or not. Once it is analyzed that it has merit, the change will be conducted. WBS and WBS Dictionary should be updated according to the changes, the project schedule also needed to be updated.
