Culture comprise of what people believe, value, and norms that is practices, within a common set of people or society. This discussion look at several examples of popular culture, which includes entertainment, media objects, leisure, fashion-trend, and linguistic conventions among others, and I will also take a closer look on how these popular cultures influence my everyday life. According to little et al (2014). Popular culture directs the pattern of some cultural experiences and attitudes that are visible to the society.one example of popular culture is entertainment in form of music, for instance reggae music inform a large culture from the Caribbean Jamaica Island to all parts of the world. This reggae music has a very positive effect on my everyday life, because the more I play the music the more I feel inspired and it gives me a sense of belonging no matter what. In this recent times popular culture is now expressed via several commercial media (little et al,2014). The recent spread of different social networks has become a popular culture which is spreading effectively via websites and internet, thus this social network culture affect me positively as am using it for both leisure and for my daily life, to communicate with people all over the globe hence its accessibility to most people. Again sports form a large base of popular culture in my community and are highly supported by soccer supporters that have the same beliefs, values. And identical regalia of their favorites teams, thus these popular soccer teams form a large culture and their prevalent have an effect in my life, as I belong to certain groups of sports supporters and some groups tend to behave violently when their team loose. Fashion trends has become an enormous growth of both the current culture and forming a very popular culture, as coined by (little et al 2014). That postmodern popular culture is both playful and ironic, as if the blending and mixing of cultural references which is evident in fashion trends, thus fashion constitute a large form of popular culture, and am not exceptional of its prevalence as it affect me, and the need to dress appropriately depends on occasion hence adhering to fashion trends cultures. Language is one of the key way to communicate the values, aims thoughts, and experiences of popular culture, according to little et al (2014). Which suggest that popular culture is known and accessible to most people hence the prevalence of language, for example, multiple language, slang expression, new words for new experience even on social media call be related to common language as people from various countries form a popular language, hence a popular culture. Finally I must say that understanding all these types of popular culture are important, since they will help us learn act and feel, if one want to fit in the mainstream.
