Funding Your Internship! THE SIDNEY AND LAURA GILBERT INTERNSHIP AWARD This award provides funding financial assistance for selected students who have received and accepted internship offers related to student’s educational and professional goal. The Award will supplement any costs involved related to being able to engage in the internship. ELIGIBILITY:    Must be a student with an internship offer in good standing with Baruch College Or at least an undergraduate matriculated Baruch sophomore standing. Student must have completed at least one year at Baruch College as a full-time student (at least 4 classes/semester).

MAX BERGER PRE-LAW UNPAID INTERNSHIP STIPEND PROGRAM This program provides financial assistance in the amount of $2,500 to current Baruch College undergraduate students who complete an unpaid legal internship with a public sector (i.e. government or non-profit) legal employer. ELIGIBILITY: Current Baruch undergraduate student pursuing any major. Must be a current Baruch student in good standing with a preferred minimum 2.8 GPA. Completed at least one full semester at Baruch College. Must have secured an unpaid internship with a public sector legal employer and work a total of 200 hours.

DR. WENDY HEYMAN PUBLIC INTEREST FELLOWSHIP Awards 15 Baruch students with $3,000 who work in unpaid internships or volunteer positions at a non-profit serving the “common good”. ELIGIBILITY: At least an undergraduate sophomore student at Baruch.  Secured an internship or volunteer position at a non- profit serving the “common good”. Completed at least 15 credits as a full-time student. Must be a current Baruch student in good standing with a preferred minimum 3.0 GPA.
