Hello and welcome to Ascension! Melisa Mattingly is going to be meeting with you to answer questions and set up your preferences for our EHR, Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM). This meeting will be virtual/remote and you will soon receive an invitation to the meeting, please accept this invitation and open it on the established date/time to join our meeting. I have 60 minutes scheduled for questions and preference set up. There are a few tasks you need to complete before our meeting and they are listed below. . If you haven't already, update your Ascension password. You will, or may have already, received an email from your manager that has your temporary password, please use this temporary password and use the attached instructions at the bottom to change your password. . If you plan on joining our meeting from your personal computer please confirm you have the correct version of Citrix installed. I've attached instructions for installing the version you will need to access SCM from your personal computer at the bottom of the email. Note: If you don’t receive a password, have trouble setting up your passwordor for any other technical issue contact the help desk at 317-338-8345. . I've included several links to web based training modules that you must complete before we meet. They should take about an hour to review. For optimal training I recommend the following: If using the office Wifi confirm that there aren’t any firewall issues that will prevent screen sharing in Google Meets or your access to SCM.
