Weaknesses Towards the end of my interview my body language got weaker Nerves were slightly obvious which can show a lack in confidence Answers were well structured until towards the end of the interview they became unstructured which indicates more preparation is needed for future/further interviews Threats A bad interview experience could cause me to not want to go to another job interview due to fear that it would result badly My answers to their interview questions may not reach the requirements of what job or the interviewer is looking for.

Strengths I have a variety of strengths that aided me in my interview performance for my chosen career. Firstly, having good body language aided me in my interview performance as it indicated to the interviewers that I was involved and interested in my interview, as if my body language was slouched it can indicate that I was not passionate about my chosen career choice. Similarly, my hand gestures also showed my high enthusiasm throughout the duration of the interview. It is important during your interview to have clear responses to the interviewer's questions as it shows you can provide good examples and a good response in a short duration of time. Doing it in a short duration of time can also indicate to your employer’s that you are well prepared for your interview, further showing you excitement and passion for the job choice. Weaknesses My weaknesses for the application process were that towards the interview my body language got weaker. This is a weakness as it indicates to your employer that you can't uphold enthusiasm or interest in a job, even in a short span of time. Even though sometimes nerves can't be controlled, visible nerves show interviewers a lack of confidence that will not benefit you during your career in instances where you have, to teach a new group or when you have, to do future interviews to get higher up in your career. My finale weakness from my interview performance is that although my answers were well structured at the beginning of the interview, towards the end they became unstructured which indicates that potentially more preparation is needed to ensure successfully structured answers. Opportunities This interview will provide me with opportunities and these opportunities may include experience for future interviews, head of department and preparation for future interviews. Experience is a great opportunity to have as it allows you to take any skills you have gathered from your previous interviews to new interviews in the future. Experience also benefits you as it enables you to be prepared for future interviews by having an idea of what's going to be asked. Head of department is an opportunity as if it is the same workplace or same employee’s that are interviewing you and your previous interview was successful then they will already have knowledge of how you conduct your answers and what your work ethic is like which gives you more of an opportunity to get the job of head of department. Threats There can be some threats that come from an interview experience such as if you have had a bad interview then this can cause me to not want to take part in any future interviews with the fear of having another negative experience.

Another threat is that my interview answers do not reach the criteria of my given questions or the criteria of what my interviewer wants to hear....
