The death penalty should be abolished, which is my opinion. As everyone knows, for a person to be sentenced to death, their crimes are really dangerous, such as murder or smuggling of banned substances, which can kill others. The purpose of the death penalty is to get rid of one component that brings danger to society, I know it's true, but it's also a way of killing that differs in killing one's life, that is subject to the agreement and permission of the government. In addition, the execution of the death penalty costs more than closing criminals into life imprisonment. I have read through so many wrongful cases, which the person who was sentenced to death actually has been wronged in a misunderstanding. The process of investigating and putting a death penalty on a person takes a long time and a lot of specific and accurate evidence. There may be mistakes in the investigation of the case. I will give an example of explaining why I support the execution of life imprisonment instead of the death penalty. When one of our loved ones is killed, it causes emotional damage in us. Everyone wants the murderer to have a sentence that is worth what he did. If he was executed, it was the same as the rule of one human life in exchange for another. Instead, life imprisonment with labor or community service would mean more than depriving him of his life. I believe that the time it takes for him to think about his murder will be more disturbing to his conscience for the rest of his life than he will die after causing another person's death.

According to the teachings of the Buddha, "the immutable law of life no one can deny is that of birth, old age, sickness, and death. People are born by their parents, then they are growing up thanks to natural or processed foods from nature resources. Continuingly, the time will make them become older, get sick and eventually die. That means the social environment makes their behavior change; so do isolate criminals from society by taking them to a new place without social environment and they cannot return. Secondly, abolishing the death penalty is an effective measure to avoid unjust killing of innocent people, and at the same time avoid the discontent of relatives of the unjust because there are mistakes in the investigation of the case. The court's ruling is based on the evidence gathered by the investigating authority, accompanied by the results of the litigation process. So no one can be sure that the evidence is gathered completely and fully; In addition, there are cases where the defendant could not prove the facts in his favor even if the event is real. To sum up, tt is not necessary to maintain the death penalty for the time being because the main purpose of the punishment is not punishment but education and rehabilitation of offenders so that they can become useful people for society. The death penalty was replaced with an unspent life sentence, so that their conscience was tormented over time and the human right to spiritual life was upheld.

The death penalty is also a form of murder but it is recognized by the state and the law. On the other hand, it is an act that goes against the rules of nature because people have the right to life.
