Reviews inquiries and exercises discretion in obtaining and providing confidential information related to corporate activities. Must be tactful but firm. 3. Answers telephone as secretary to the director. In director’s absence she may refer caller to other appropriate staff. 4. Reviews payroll and other work by human resources staff when submitted for signature. 5. Schedules meetings and travel arrangements. Other Requirements Skills: Must be a college graduate with five years progressively responsible experience. Expert knowledge of computers and a variety of software packages required, as well as an understanding of statistics.
