THE Responsability...

Description

THE RESPONSABILITY Responsibility is defined as a decision-making and consequences assumed by a person according to the acts he performs, responsibility has been a virtue or a habitual disposition regarding decisionmaking, it is a response to the acts themselves. When we speak of responsibility, different factors intervene in this act, we speak of freedom, which is the capacity of the human being to be free, so that there is responsibility, the actions that are carried out must be freely developed according to the will He wants to. The human being can answer for his actions to himself, and in turn also to others. There is an intimate relationship between freedom and responsibility. Why? If we were not free, there would be no sense of responsibility. The fact of being free, of choosing our acts after a voluntary and deliberate decision, is what consequently demands that we give an account of our own acts, of the results. We are supposed to be intelligent beings and to apply our reason to what we do and not act in a crazy way. If we did this, the consequences of our actions would be to be feared and we would harm others and ourselves. (Fundación Canfranc Zaragoza, 2016) In this sense we have a commitment to ourselves and to others, the commitment requires effort and encompasses responsibility as obeying our conscience, we speak then of responsibility not only when accepting decisions of others but to make decisions for autonomy own, this in order to improve ourselves and help others. In the Journal of General and Applied Psychology (University of Valencia 2009), they tell us about: "Positive development through physical activity and sport: the program of personal and social responsibility." This article describes the perspective of positive development through sport taking into account social and personal responsibility. This article covers different models of positive development where sport and physical activity are analyzed for positive development in people. . Positive development arises in the 90s from positive psychology where its purpose is to develop programs for people to enhance the learning of skills in different aspects of their lives, for this positive development has to do with the environment and the adaptation process of people, places where people can have face-to-face interactions. These scenarios have their own dynamics and present relatively permanent interaction patterns that evolve over time. From the perspective of positive development, we speak of well-being where people depend on their ability to control the course of their lives, make decisions and consider courses. of action.

The concept of positive development arises in the 90s from the theoretical framework of sports psychology whose main objective is to develop programs or activities for children and young people that enhance learning in various skills so that they can adapt and take on life's challenges....
