Trade sales promotion: we also have trade publication. Trade promotions are promotions to a business to stock the product rather than being a promotion to a consumer to purchase. So there is a slightly different thin. They are not about us as consumers. they are about what manufacturers do to retailers. So there is Trade allowances: these are kind of you get money off for purchasing Push money: push money is to push the product to a retailer. So they might sponsor some advertising on behalf of the retailer for example would be a common way of doing this at least in Ireland. Training: so training someone how to use the product. It is a very popular one to do particularly with more complex products. So people who have maybe business to business type ideas. Maybe if you work in the agricultural market, this would be common where you might do some training with people to try and ensure that they actually can sell the product correctly....
