I usually space my studying a week and a half before my test. I would say this method works.

What does this question have to do with psychology?

To be able to communicate with people effectively, we need to make sure we have a common, effective way to communicate.

Our memory is a important part of our consciousness, and maybe we can find better ways to learn something.

Having a phycological disorder can affect the mental health of an individual.
