I want to say that I am very much enjoying these assessments on mind tool, they are giving me insight on some things I didn’t come across myself that I may need to work on

especially with this mind tools. This time we did how good are your communication skills and I got a score of 48 so around the same as last week I’m in the middle again. I do believe that I’m an ok communicator but sometimes I do find that cultural differences can be a distraction to me and I’m definitely the person that speaks his opinion. I find it weird that it bothers me and I’m not sure why but it’s definitely something I’ve been working on for a while now. I know that my obsessive compulsive helps me be a better communicator, for instance say I’m writing an email it bothers me if I don’t completely explain something especially when I think that the recipient won’t understand. Also spelling errors seem to get to me as well and I also have to fix that before sending not so much with grammar of punctuation though. On the other hand though I shouldn’t be real surprised with my score as I’m definitely a loner or independent and I really don’t car for meeting new people unless we connect right away. That’s who I’ve always been, the one who rather would work alone then in a team, and I truly believe that I would get things done better and faster my own way....
