Reflected Experiences Consulting with Health Professionals in the Past and Consider Communication Styles that I’ve Experienced. Visiting a health professional is sometimes worries me even though necessary it worries me because of what the doctor might say to me with his/her diagnosis to what may cause my concern visiting because of the sickness. In a good sense, this seems to turn out of my hypostasis of fear and negative thinking.

Doctors have their styles of communicating although I observed they have the same pattern of communication approach like: 1. Doctor communicates with me friendly 2. Doctor advice comported to my concern 3. They do listen to me 4. Doctor Evaluate and Advise me 5. Doctor Ice Breaking my scenario 6. Doctor Interpret me

7. Doctor do motivate me 8. Doctor influence me 9. They Ignore some concern Also, most of the doctors I visited incorporate their approach to me with the following words (What? When? Where? How? It’s Okay. ) this is the most communication I heard from doctors base on my experience they open says with a friendly approach: • How are you? • What happen to you? • How it happened? • When did it happen? • How long since you: experience /starts / happened? • How do you feel? • How paint is its rate from 1 to 10 • Nothing serious. • Don’t worry everything will be fine. Doctors that I visited communicate with me professionally with a comforting approach while he/she is investigative my concern physically sometimes clinically and incorporate his investigative interview to my case base in answering his/her questions and to clinical finding.

Health Professional Communication Encouraged Me and it helps. The most helpful communication I consider from doctors I visited is evaluation, motivation, and talking to me with advice these three approaches help me a lot to change my point of view to get well from my health concerned. Also, there was a time that I do drink alcohol smoke cigarettes

this bad health habit cause me to visit a doctor due to paint experiences the doctor listened to my story and concerned about my health then after that, the doctor does some clinical test like an xray blood test and urinary test afterward doctors tills me nothing serious and nothing should I worry about and he explained all the details of the finding. The major thing that makes me decreases my bad health habit is the convincing advice from the doctors and it influences me from withdrawing my bad health habit from that time it was then the last case I visit a doctor regarding my health concern due to this bad habit because of good communication and advise from doctor influence.

Communication Discouragement from Health Professional Made It difficult. The most discouraging experience I encounter visiting a doctor is when the doctor (Icebreaking) my story explaining while I am explaining my health concerns, and he wrongly evaluates and advises me was prostrating and embarrassing to myself that doctor no wanting to listen to my concern ice-breaking with these words (it's ok that’s normal). That was the first-time experience I visited a doctor and Icebreaking me while I’m explaining and experiencing pain in my lower right back pain while declaring my pain to the doctor involve with my sports he just cut me off with ice breaking works (It's ok its normal it just some ligament that stretches from your playing sports) and I was given only a pain reliever without clinical and physical test and he did not even listen to my concern. I just assumed that the doctor maybe is hasty, I visited another doctor due to the pain because it’s not easing for a couple of days, and I was diagnosed having a UTI. That is the worst and discouraging communication I’ve ever encounter with the doctors.

Ideas to Improving Communication between Health Providers and Patients. Base on my experiences visiting and communicating with doctors that need improvement are listening, friendly communication, and motivation. A doctor should have to listen to their patient's concern in any aspect because patients seeking health treatment must be understood by the health professionals for effective treatment result. Health professional must enhance their interpretation due to language barrier may encounter. Doctors or health providers should ask or confirm patients if they understand the element of their sickness and explained properly the cause of their illness and educate them by advising patients in friendly approach.
