List the various ways to present to a client. There are many ways to present a proposal to a client. We can do face to face, 1 to 1, and conference calls. The preferred method is to have a face to face meeting with the project manager and decision makers in the bid process. This allows for the seller to make the presentation to the clients and for them to be able to ask questions and see samples if necessary. The following are seven tips for presenting a proposal:       

Cut to the chase & get to the point Pause and ask questions Sell the vision Lead with stories, not data Use PowerPoint or Keynote wisely Keep it short & Precise Have a clear agenda (Hall, J.)

Note which method the vendor should present to the project team for your case to win the bid. Is there anything of interest the vendor must denote to get the vote? The presentation method should be a request for proposal (RFP), this proposal gives “a detailed proposal on how the work will be accomplished, who will do it, resumes, company experience, price, etc” (Mulcahy, 2015). This will give the project team all the information that is needed for them to make a detailed decision on who to go with. The proposal will lay out a roadmap with the plans for each step of the project. Having a clear set up procurement document that addresses the issues the buyer is looking for. “RFPs often include specifications of the item, project or service for which a proposal is requested. The more detailed the specifications, the better the chances that the proposal provided will be accurate” (Request for proposal.). Being detailed will help to eliminate questions from the client that could have been answered in a detailed RFP. This will allow the presentation to get to the point and be productive.
