Throughout my career I have received countless awards and distinctions, two highest prizes awarded in the field of Hispanic literature: the Rómulo Gallegos 1967, also for my novel La casa verde and the Cervantes (1994). Wonderful! When did you discover your love for the literature and how was your beginning on it? When I study at Leoncio Prado military school, my father made me study there because he didn’t want that I dedicate my life for this but when I was a teenager I started to write. In 1952 I wrote La huida del Inca (The Flight of the Inca), which was premiered in a theater in Lima. Then, I continue writing about military life , it was so difficult for me. That’s new for us. Continue please.

In Peru, the reaction of the military to my accounts of the school's intimacies was drastic, even burning several copies in protest and considering me a "traitor" to the homeland. Fortunately, it is an old story in my life. The most important is that you overcame that. And what happened ?
y
I entered to San Marcos University , I finished my career and after that all people know I applied for the presidency of Peru in 1990.Although I lost, I always like to say opinion about politics in Peru
X:
That’s true! What’s your opinion about people who say you shouldn’t be involved in this topic?
X:
I believe that each person has the freedom to give their opinion. If I have more impact on people it’s because I am considered for many Peruvians as a good reference. Yes, you are right! What are your plans now and for the future?

Y:
Now I have a good relationship here in Spain so I am living here and I think I am going to continue living here because my partner is Spanish and maybe I could travel to Peru just for vacations. Excellent! That’s a good new! I am pretty sure people would be happy to see you in our country.
X:
