What is school? School is a basic foundation of knowledge being imported to child. It gives a chance to children to acquire knowledge on various fields of education such as literature, history, mathematics, politics and other numerous subjects by obtaining knowledge. A person is in a better position to help other people. For example, we can calculate your taxes easily and speedily if you learn mathematics.

IMPORTANCE OF SCHOOL Various Aspects of school "School is a building which has four walls with tomorrow inside"

Mental Aspect School is the foremost fountain of knowledge children are exposed to. It gives a chance for them to acquire knowledge on various field of education such as people, literature, history, mathematics, politics and other numerous subjects. This contributes to cultivation in the thought process. When one is exposed to the influences coming from various culture sources his/her own word and existence becomes vast.

Social Aspect School is the first avenue for socializing for child. Up till then parents and immediate family members are the only people the child has given interaction with. And familiarity is a breeding ground of stagnancy. With schools, children are exposed not only to new ideas but also the same age compatriots. This instils sociable practices such as empathy, friendship, participation, assistance which turn out to be important in the adulthood.

Overall Aspect Earlier, schools were considered as places to learn events in history chapter, solve tough mathematical problems or recite poems and sonnets. In current education scenario, a child learns to go beyond the traditional way of rote learning. They are taught to develop a mind of their own and through the flexible curriculum, curiosity is promoted. The child is freed of the shackles of mental blocks and let's his/her imagination run its

course. Importance of imagination is stressed upon extensively. Play inactions and an encompassing curriculum leads to a well developed cognitive system.

SCHOOL PLAYGROUND

There are TWO grounds 1 New building ground for primary classes 1 to 5 2 Old building ground for 6 to 12 classes The school playground provides a safe outdoors environment within the school that stimulates children to use their creative energy in healthy interactions with one another.

The most enchanting schools always have large, open playgrounds with interesting play equipment that leaves many options for creativity. Children sit at their classroom desk for many hours each day. They are given breaks in between where they go outdoors to the playground. The key to these playgrounds is choice: use the play equipment, run on the field, jump rope, play basketball, or create some new game to challenge friends. A good playground will be large with many different surfaces (blacktop, grass, sand, etc.) to stimulate choice and leave options open. The playgrounds must be spacious and outdoors, but they must also be secluded so that the children (and their parents) feel safe and do not have to consider the outside world. A good playground will allow for anyone on the playground (including the teacher) to see all that is going on, but will not have any connections or visibility to the street or any location off school grounds. At the same time, it should seem open and spacious. Thus, some high walls are necessary, but using the school buildings as boundaries as well can preserve the open feeling of the playground.
