Description

Draw a UML Class diagram for the following situation. The Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system supplies information that local real estate agents use to help them sell houses to their customers. During the month, agents list houses for sale (listings) by contracting with owners. Each agent works for a real estate office, which sends information on listings to the multiple listing service. Therefore, any agent in the community can get information on the listing. Much of the information is available to potential customers on the Internet. Information required includes for example: for a listing the address ,listing type ,lot size and status code; for an owner; owner name, address and phone. It is also important to have information on the listing agent, such as name, cell phone, and e-mail address. Agents work through a real estate office, so it is important to know the office name, office phone, and street address. There are two types of listings: a listing for sale and a listing for lease. A sale would have the asking price, closing date and assumable mortgage. A lease would have lease term, monthly rental and security deposit. Additionally, a listing might include no houses, such as a vacant lot, or it might include more than one dwelling, such as a main house, a guesthouse, each with separate values for square footage, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms. Additionally, two or more agents might share a listing, and the percentage of the commission that each agent gets from the sale can be different for each agent....
