Human resources management as a profession is the bedrock of any successful organization as it deals with people management which entails staffing, employee compensations, benefits, headcount planning, capacity evaluation, sourcing, and confidentiality. The people management aspect of HR aligns with my passions for orderliness and structure, while the aspect which deals with conflict resolution, organizational ethics, and policy development aligns with my passion for discipline and peace. Seeing people develop in their careers makes me happy.
